Absolutely awesome customer service!! Ordered remote that was not that easy to pair, they were able to text and help me through the process. They know what they are doing!! Highly recommend because of their customer service!
These guys are awesome! I ordered my replacement remote for my bed frame from them because I was able to text them a picture of the old remote. I couldn’t find one that looked like the one I had and they matched it up for me. They expedited the shipping even though I only paid for the ground. It was here in no time. I had trouble getting the remote to pair so I called them and they made sure I had the right remote and then we tried it one more time. They were so patient and fast! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Nothing else to say other than perfection all round with them. Matt is the most genuine, knowledgeable and friendly person that I’ve ever done business with. If you could give 6 star ratings, this would be my choice for a 6 star business. If you buy ANYWHERE else, you’re not shopping with the best. Thank you Matt! Brian
