Salt Lake City Mattress goes beyond what’s expected when it comes to customer satisfaction. For example, I ordered a control unit for a Sealy bed. When I looked up the USPS tracking number, the unit didn’t seem like it was going anywhere — fast!! It appeared lost! I wrote to Matt to advise, and he didn’t want to chance that I might be disappointed so he took the initiative to ship another without being asked.
