One good thing....Dr Williams is the first doctor who has been able to diagnose my knee problem. But....I would never let him touch me. He's rude, confused, always in a hurry, & maybe has ADD. He complains about how little money he makes during my appointments. Finding another doctor.
Dr. Brad definitely listens to us. He also knows what he's doing when dealing with shoulder or knees. His staff ( nurses) are so helpful and kind.
Dr Williams is very kind and compassionate! Listened to me and did not rush me at all! Explained the situation, the treatment, very professional and friendly. It's a 2 hrs drive one way to his office for me but totally worth the drive!! Joanie in the front office was really great on the phone too!
Dr. Williams has been helping me with a rare condition I have. He hasn't give up on me and genuinely cares about me. We're navigating this condition and I so grateful for him. I don't feel I'm in this alone. And, a big shout out to his staff, especially Michelle and Jen. They are the nicest staff I've ever met. So, a big "Thank You" to them!
