Loved this Dr. Sad he is retiring.
To start off, appointment has been rescheduled 4 times either the day of or day before. Throughout the 3 years of going to this office, I have only met with the doctor twice due to this. Referrals are not sent in, and desk personnel are not friendly.
I have been seen by Dr. Wasson for years. I started with him when he was at Family HealthCare Associates and followed him when he joined THR. He is a great doctor. I do agree the staff is not the best. They need to work on costumer service or get fired. But, Abby and Bradley are amazing.
