I have been seen by Dr. Wasson for years. I started with him when he was at Family HealthCare Associates and followed him when he joined THR. He is a great doctor. I do agree the staff is not the best. They need to work on costumer service or get fired. But, Abby and Bradley are amazing.
This was by far the worst doctors office I ever been to in my life. For starters, the ladies that work at front desk are not welcoming. They were always on their phones with lights off. They never greeted me. I would have to tell them my name first. They always seem like you were bothering them & they didn’t want to be there. The office staff is horrible. No customer service. Dr. Wasson is nice but the rest is a nightmare. Still waiting for my return call from him. Only been 3 weeks or more. Had to hand deliver paperwork 3 different times because they claimed they never received the paperwork daily from other Drs.
The staff were amazing. Dr. Wasson is very informative and personable.
