The office staff is horrible. No customer service. Dr. Wasson is nice but the rest is a nightmare. Still waiting for my return call from him. Only been 3 weeks or more. Had to hand deliver paperwork 3 different times because they claimed they never received the paperwork daily from other Drs.
The staff were amazing. Dr. Wasson is very informative and personable.
I made an appointment 3 months ago for new patient check up. They said at that time he was accepting new patients. Today I get a phone call the day of my appointment that he is no longer accepting new patients and I would have to go somewhere else.
Dr Wasson is without a doubt the best physician you will ever have. He’s a no nonsense, caring, patient, exceptionally knowledgeable doctor who takes his time with his patients, not a “herd them in herd them out” doctor. We’ve been going to him since 2000 at his previous office and I am so glad he moved on. It was a little rocky at the new office in the beginning, working out the kinks, but it’s all running smoothly now. If you’ve had the same doctor for 24 years, that says a lot. He’s a keeper!
Dr. Wasson is the best doctor that I have ever seen. He is very caring.
