I was referred to this facility from my PCP, upon just the 1st phone call I was greeted with the front desk personnel (Diane) she was the KINDEST person ❤️ She honestly will make you feel right at home. She will make you WANT to get a surgery (lol), she made the scheduling process a breeze to get in and gave me every option possible to work within my schedule with work. Dr. Ross handled my mom’s gallbladder surgery very poorly. He was rushed throughout the process and didn’t take the time to clearly explain the surgery or what to expect during recovery. Because of this, my mom’s recovery was very difficult—she got very sick and didn’t recover well at all. The harshness and lack of proper care during the surgery caused serious complications. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Ross based on our experience.
Dr. Ross is legit and the real deal. Quick diagnosis, clear directions, recommendation was not to have surgery, very open and honest. Would recommend, would tell a friend, will return if needed.
Dr. Ross did a great job with my surgery. The staff was friendly and helpful too.
