Complex transaction did close, but they blamed a dead man instead of taking responsibility for their negligence in 2015 being what made it complex. Owner was pleasant but the secretaries treated me like a toddler on every question I asked even though I worked for a real estate attorney for over 20 years and know my questions were legitimate. 3 days before closing we found it it might not close because of the issue from 2015 and the only reason it did is because our agent stepped in and did a basic thing they should have done... read more
Closed with Bradley Title back in July for my Moms condo…everything went on time and smooth. This was our second closing including my house back in 2022. Very professional and straightforward. Will be back.
If you’re willing to risk having your new home foreclosed on due to the negligence of this company then by all means hire Bradley Title. I purchased a home in Fort Walton in August 2021 (cash), July 2025 I’m being sued for $70,000 for a prior mortgage that Bradley Title missed. I would definitely recommend using a real estate attorney for your closing opposed to an incompetent company run by Jared Bradley who doesn’t even have the decency or professionalism to return my call.
