I was not happy with Bradley Stone's customer service staff as they simply didn't care that there was an installation problem. It's been 13months since our installation and today Matt/Bradley Stone came out to do the one year touch ups. While he was here, we showed him the counter that was installed backwards. After examining the walls structure and the counter top, within a half hour he reversed the counter top (the way it was always meant to be) and caulked it. He was amazing!
