Talk about amazing customer service! These guys are good people. Not only did they help back our trailer into a tiny RV spot like pros, but they did a free consult on an issue with a shifting fridge so we could ensure safety until we get home and can work on a permanent fix. Faith in humanity restored.
Customer service at its best! Traveling for the summer and a long way from our home in Texas. Had a leak around our toilet and saw Bradley’s trailer in the RV resort we are staying at in Couer d’Alene, Idaho. My husband went down to talk to them to see if they could fix it. They showed up in just a bit, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all our questions. Great service and truly cares about the work they do. Takes the time to figure out the best route for the customer. Coming to the rv saves me so much headache, towing fees and time. Their prices are reasonable compared to the alternatives and other rv places. When an rv has issues, it not always easy to just take it in, especially when it’s set up like a home or home away from home. Just in the time it would take to move everything for towing…. Brad and his team are well worth every penny.
Larry was booked out about 2- weeks and so I asked if he could quickly answer a few questions regarding water heater trouble shooting & running lights. I should have called Larry instead of the dealership since he responded quickly to my call and spent a few minutes explaining to me how to perform a simple test on the running lights; I determined the problem was with the Curt Echo Controller and not the trailer wiring.
