Terrible customer service.
I rented a floor nailer from Bradley Rentals for a home project. Unfortunately, the tool was faulty and did not function properly from the start. I initially spent significant time troubleshooting the issue, believing I might have the wrong size nails. This involved a special trip to purchase different nails (an added, unnecessary cost and time commitment), which ultimately did not resolve the tool's malfunction.
