Terrible customer service
Bradley rentals canceled our PREPAID reservation a few days before my friend’s wedding, and offered no resolution or sincere apology. They started out by saying “you’re going to hate us…” to break the bad news. No resolution, nothing. Defeating the entire reason to reserve and pay before hand. And then told us because they contacted us at the end of the business day they were leaving for the day and couldn’t help any further until the next business day. Tyler was great! He saved the day when we lost our rental for our son’s rehearsal dinner. 3 days before the dinner he helped us with tables, chairs and linen at a fair price. Also such a pleasure & so friendly to work with!
Great service communication was perfect. They delivered chairs and tables on time. I will def be using them again in the future.
