Rented a generator from them and had to do my own repairs to keep the thing running. When I returned it, they still charge me full price and they just laughed and said “at least it wasn’t anything major” didn’t seem like good customer service.
Rented equipment that had old rusted metal stress fractures and they charged us for the damage. Buyer beware.
A friend rented a mini backhoe from here. It worked for an hour before tearing up. You can clearly see where the defect was painted over to hide it. Now they are charging my friend saying he broke it. Such a sorry way to do business.
