Selling homes in flood zones!! Bradley point South neighborhood was flooded in 2024 and they are building a new area at the end if Bradley Blvd in the area that was first under water. Many homes flooded as well and the entrance was under 3ft of water for about a week trapping everyone. HOA is full of petty karens that will fine you over nothing and accuse you of everything.
