Don't understand how their rents are calculated. One section is subsidized, the other is not. My section Is not. My neighbor pays $100 LESS than I do in rent, yet her income is quite a bit more than mine. There are rotted weight bearing posts on some of the porches. So much, that they actually move if you touch them. Residents complained, but nothing done. Not safe. One has missing piece of fascia, or soffit, not replaced.
