This review is for the office manager of your practice, Dr. Bradley. I made an appointment to see one of your colleagues and I do live over an hour away from your location. I had forgotten that I also had an appointment scheduled with another doctor as well. Your office failed to call to let me know my appointment had been cancelled. I’ve trusted Dr. Bradley with my 92-year-old grandmother’s care for years, but his recent lack of responsiveness is deeply concerning. Excellent care from Dr Bradley, Dr Halpern and everythe PAs that I have seen. They each listen and take the patients needs/concerns as priority. BTW I've never found the office or bathroom nasty. It's not " new age". It's comfortable. They do virtual if needed or work ins often. I ❤️ this practice.
