Stayed in a condo here for Summer vacation 2024. The space was perfect, those who reside here are super friendly. There is a pool open onsite right beside the bay from 10 am - 8 pm. Large enough to swim and has a presently deep end. The location is perfect in that we have a five minute walk to the beach and are Bayside so you get to watch the sunset every night. It is about a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk or just plan on driving down. We drove down the two times we went to the boardwalk, parking around $3.50 an hour. There... read more
Friends stayed at 317. Condo was dirty. Washer and dryer were both broke. Management could care less. Look somewhere else.
We have stayed here for over a decade. Great resident owners, the pool is large enough to accommodate a lot of guests comfortably. Sunsets over the bay are amazing here and it is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars!
