I dropped my bmw off to get the starter replaced, when I dropped my car off I did Not have a single scratch! When I picked Up my car and paid the out rages price I found My back bumper completely hanging off and scrapped up completely! I confronted the manager Dan Parker and the mechanic Nikolay Petkov who were extremely rude and lied about creating the damages! They had my car backed up to a spot with a barrel with a dent that matches the sent and scrapes on my car! They refused to cooperate with the police or give me the o... read more
Now why ya'll (allegedly) dent that lady car and say you have to go on top of the roof to get the SD card from the camera in order to see the footage? As bad as I need a good mechanic I'm glad the young lady shared her video. I know where not to go.
