I dropped my bmw off to get the starter replaced, when I dropped my car off I did Not have a single scratch! When I picked Up my car and paid the out rages price I found My back bumper completely hanging off and scrapped up completely! Now why ya'll (allegedly) dent that lady car and say you have to go on top of the roof to get the SD card from the camera in order to see the footage? As bad as I need a good mechanic I'm glad the young lady shared her video. I know where not to go.

I had a terrible experience with this shop, and I want to warn others. On October 1, 2024, I paid for repairs including a thermostat replacement, $3000. On December 2, my check engine light came on. The shop claimed the issue was a faulty battery, charged me $500, and assured me it wasn’t the thermostat. By December 12, the check engine light returned. I took my BMW X6 to this shop by referral on Nov 1st for sagging suspension. I told them when I spoke to them that the compressor was running until I believed it drained the car. After having my car for 2 days they said the issue was batteries. I paid $826 to install new batteries. However not even a week later my car was sagging yet again. I took it back Nov 21st.
