I dropped my bmw off to get the starter replaced, when I dropped my car off I did Not have a single scratch! When I picked Up my car and paid the out rages price I found My back bumper completely hanging off and scrapped up completely! I confronted the manager Dan Parker and the mechanic Nikolay Petkov who were extremely rude and lied about creating the damages! Now why ya'll (allegedly) dent that lady car and say you have to go on top of the roof to get the SD card from the camera in order to see the footage? As bad as I need a good mechanic I'm glad the young lady shared her video. I know where not to go.
Left my 2008 535xi to get looked at for my spouse before flight school started and had to drop out of school even tho the problem has been paid in full for (a overheat situation)of 1200.00 I still can’t get them to tell me what went wrong after they gave it back stating they only fixed it for a overheat.
