Absolutely diabolical Worse than unhelpful E-Consult before a clinitian will decide if you are worthy or if they can just dump you with no appointment which you be advised by an admin person. No care a disgrace to the NHS Shambles My daughter had a possible focal seizure. Epilepsy is in the family. She was told Dr could not treat her go sit at A&E No offer for appointment to check her over and refer her just blatant disregard. Very few GP's treat illnesses they diagnose and perscripe and when necessary refer

Bradley’s varies from very good to very poor. Most often, receptionists are very good, if not excellent, and some GPs are also very good - patient, understanding, effective, efficient- basically the best one could wish for. Internal communications can be poor. One department (say, repeat medication, may not communicate with an appropriate GP internally). Did an e-consult today and was told 4 calendar weeks for an appointment. I called up to merely check if this was right; in my opinion, nobody should be waiting a month for a basic GP appointment. Waited on hold for literally almost 1 hour; got through to someone and she said she couldn't help as she doesn't do the appointment setting, but assured me someone would call me back.
