On my first visit, the doctor was very polite and very knowledgeable. But they are definitely needing more help in that office, seems its only the doctor and a receptionist/nurse playing all the roles of that office. My personal experience, has been a frustrating one. Between all the inconsistencies, the impractical staffing, and the poor communication or lack there of, it's just not working for me. I've been more than a few days now without my medication.
