The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The waiting time is usually a bit of a wait but I mostly find it acceptable because I know that this provider will take whatever time that is necessary to give full value. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Our beloved dog died one hour after leaving this clinic. When called to inform Helen Knight, vet which treated our beloved puppy, she said she had no idea he was that sick. She examined him and didn't realized he was sick enough to hemmorage and die shortly after she saw him. He was very ill appearing that is why we sought after hours care. Rest in Peace our beloved puppy.
