Dr Martin and staff go above and beyond patient care and support!
The receptionist and staff were unprofessional after we asked how long it would be till seen since it was already 40 minutes past. No one explained to us that Dr. Martin was at the hospital when we arrived. When asked The lead receptionist was in her work laptop, cleaning her watch and didn’t not acknowledge us. She kept trying to belittle us. Then Dr. Martin walked by and the three receptionists did say anything to us. Totally unprofessional.
Doctor Bradley Martin is such a professional doctor and really makes you feel relaxed and takes the time to discuss your condition and explains what each medication does
