It’s a great experience working with Brad. Brad is a smart realtor. He pays attention to details and can quickly understand my needs. He did timely follow-ups once good opportunities arise. Brad also demonstrates a strong communication and negotiation skills to get the best offer for me. With his help, I eventuallly ended my 6-month property search and bought a home I’m happy with.
