Well the doctors are good there. The one in Sevierville and the ones in Fort Sanders. But when you go to call to talk to somebody you have to be online for Lord knows how long and then when you call him that you need to talk to the person that's scheduling the surgeries they hang up on you and then you got to go through the whole drama thing. Again. I'm not very happy with their phone service at all
The girls at the front were kind and very thorough. I only waited 20min to get in to see the Dr. Dr Jaquith was very professional and listened to my ideas on my problem. We talked it over and decided on a plan. I am happy with my time there and felt my needs were met.
Dr Jaquith is the ultimate pro. He explains things very clearly and what to expect for recovery. He did my knee and shoulder and I was happy with the results on both
He repaired 1 shoulder 2 or 3 years ago.He's looking at the other shoulder now.It has to be replaced, not repaired and looking forward to working with them.
