Brad is an outstanding realtor to work with. He has assisted us in the purchase of two condos and the sale of one. Most recently, we purchased a larger condo and sold our smaller unit. As snowbirds we started looking for a larger unit last spring before we left for the summer. Brad showed us numerous units although we didn't find one at that time that met our criteria. Bradley is an amazing person and realtor. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! We have dealt with a lot of real estate agents over the years with all our moves and I have to say he is the best we have seen in a long time. Bradley definitely knows the market and knows how to capitalize on it, he goes above and beyond to get the job done. Brad was exceptional as a realtor for us! You can tell how experienced he is from the first consultation and through his open lines of communication every step of the way. We sold our house at a great price and he made sure that everything was smooth and easy on our end. He has a background in building homes as well, so he knows his stuff and has a high attention to detail during the walkthrough of our new home. Highly recommend and couldn’t be happier with our new place!
Brad was the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was always available to meet or for a phone call, and even took care of donating all of our belongings in our house we sold since we were not in state. He took detailed videos of houses we were interested in and found us our retirement dream home in AZ. Extremely trustworthy!!
