I love Dr. Johnson and the whole practice. Very professional and thorough. He always takes time to explain things in a way that I can understand and explains options and products that they offer but never makes me feel pressured to buy anything from their office.
I love Dr. Johnson and the whole practice. Very professional and thorough. He always takes time to explain things in a way that I can understand and explains options and products that they offer but never makes me feel pressured to buy anything from their office.
Dr. Johnson is not the problem. It is the office staff. They are very nice, but failed to call me to tell me that my appointment was cancelled and I had taken 1/2 day off work. They also did not file my insurance and charged me an additional $150 which I later had them take off my bill. Next, they continued to call me at the wrong phone number. Unfortunately, I think Dr. Bradley Johnson is wonderful, but his staff is lacking the qualities it takes for me to come back.
