This is my second review. Once again Manchester Family Dental did a wonderful job. No pain at all removing an infected tooth. As soon as you walk in the girls at the front desk are so nice. Dr. Light and his hygienist Sheila are a great team together. Absolutely no pain removing my tooth. Thanks again guys, Kim
BEWARE of Shady scammers !! This Practice has changed and not for the better with the loss of Dr. Daar. My family and I went to this office for 10 years with no previous issues. I was going to get a crown to cover a failing bridge. As always insurance is usually pre run and I was even told the insurance was approved. After a prep appointment I was told I had a 1300 balance. Practice has changed and not for the better with the loss of Dr. Daar. It feels like very few of the prior staff remain. The practice has gone from being conservative care to aggressive treat everything now. The hygienist was quite rough and reasonably rude when I mentioned concerns with follow-up care. It just isn't the office that I prefer any longer. The dentist was polite, although again supported aggressive treatment. Even suggesting crowns for very small fillings... it's quite sad to see this practice fall from glory.
Getting dental work done is not my favorite, but I such a great experience at Manchester Family Dental. Everyone was super friendly, facility was very clean (which is most important for me). Need more work done and I’ll definitely be back here to get it done.
