Dr. Tyler Frounfelter is absolutely amazing. He understands his patients and knows that sometimes what he has to do isn’t what anyone would want done but he goes about it with compassion. He always wants to make sure you are doing ok while he is working and explains things along the way. I appreciate Dr. Frounfelter for the care he provides! He is the best in dentistry!!
I have been a patient Dr Bath around 40 years. This used to be a really good dentist office until the last couple years. It’s been almost impossible to get an appointment. I had a tooth filled a couple years ago and it was drilled too far and now the root is exposed and I have an abscess and need a root canal and 2 crowns. My appointment was canceled Monday due to snow and now they can’t get me in until June. If they can’t get patients taken care of in ample time maybe they need to work more Fridays. My 4 year old had a wonderful first cleaning at Cross Pointe Dental. Kendra our hygienest was kind, patient, and answered all of my curious 4 year olds questions. She enjoyed chatting with Dr. Tyler and is excited for her next visit.
I have been a patient of Dr Bath for better than 20 years with not a single complaint and was quite worried, pending his retirement, about this new Dr. Frounfelter. Let me emphatically state, after a couple visits, my worries were completely unfounded. Top notch dentist and staff, and excellent to work with! I cannot be happier! I will always recommend!
