They were supposed to take the old water heater out when they left my mother‘s house from the basement, it was one of her main request. They just left it. I’ve called his wife Donna on several occasions to ask that they come and do that for her. She’s a 75 year-old woman and she needs it taken out of her basement. It’s been probably three years now since they’ve been there and they just left it I don’t get any response. They know where she lives they could come and get it anytime.

I've tried to get them to look at my furnace for over a month and to be fair I was asked both t I called if I was a current customer and I told Donna that we were new to the area and was put on the list. Donna also returned my calls promptly but when she finally told me that I wasn't going to get any service I asked who else I could call since they were the ones I was recommended to, Donna refused to refer anyone. We have heard nothing but good things about this company. The owner is very professional, and personable. It is a pleasure to speak with him every time we get the chance. This is one of the only companies that we trust to refer the customers that we can’t get to in a timely fashion, in fact, this is the only company that we would refer any one of our calls in the Rochester area to. You guys are great. Keep up the great work that you do.
