One of the worst experiences ever. In mid May, 2025, I came in for an update on my lenses (after one year.) A doctor did my exam and said that, in one year, I had gone down from a -2 to a -7, which is a huge jump. My mother and I live in Japan due to the military and an assistant said that he grew up in a military family, so shipping to a PO Box would be no issue. Great.
