At Bradley Electric, Steve responded to my service call and they came when scheduled. AJ and Jacob came prepared to do the work with the parts needed and expertise to do the work needed. Very pleased with the efficiency and expertise. The added and raised an outside junction box for the inside pool lights and repaired a cut line powering the fish pond pump. A++++ . Will definitely call them when needed again!
Came to fix a problem I had. At a reasonable price. He ended up breaking something else so when I called him back to fix what HE broke, he charged me again. Nice to know a repair person can break something to doubly charge. Would not hire again. Edit: yeah, the previous person being you guys. What the....
Called on Tuesday to have them come out for an estimate on Friday. At 4:30pm on Friday, I get a call from them saying that they're not coming. Thanks for having me waste half of my day! Extremely unprofessional, will never use.
