The best office staff! So thorough! Amazing prices and the best quality! Dr Doolen is amazing!
I was originally very happy with Dr. Doolen and his receptionist. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. My reservations grew over time. First, the window to pick up glasses was very short. There were only a few hours during the week, which did not work with my schedule. I ended up having to drive to the Verona office to pick up my glasses even though I live in Union. I used only the microfiber cloth they provided to clean my new glasses and treated them with care. Within a month they were completely scratched. This... read more
I’ve been going to Dr. Doolen for years and honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else for eye care. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly—no rushed appointments or confusing medical speak. He always makes sure you feel comfortable asking questions. I have been going to Dr. Doolen's office for many years, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my eye care. Dr. Doolen is personable, patient, knowledgeable and encourages his patients to ask questions. One of my favorite things about Dr. Doolen is that he provides detailed information about the conditions that one is experiencing. I highly recommend this office for glasses! My daughter is 4 and needed glasses and Marlene was so helpful, patient and flexible! She told us everything we needed to know about glasses for my daughter and made the process extremely easy and without a hassle! This process could take hours but because of Marlene’s knowledge and help it took a short time. I highly recommend coming here for glasses.
