The experience at this office was great. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, caring and attentive,
I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially if your child has had a bad experience elsewhere. We came here after a highly stressful and unpleasant visit at a different clinic, and the difference was incredible. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel comfortable. The doctor took extra time to build trust with my child, explained every instrument before using it, and turned what used to be a scary exam into a fun, stress-free game. Thank you for completely changing how my child feels about the eye doctor!
Dr. Doolen is amazing with children and was very patient and thorough with his exam on my 5 year old twins, explaining the process to me step by step. Huge difference from the last office we visited. He was able to correct their prescriptions and I left feeling so relived! The office is immaculate, and the receptionist was very sweet. The office manager was so helpful in measuring and choosing the right frames for my boys. I did not feel rushed or pressured whatsoever. Overall, such a wonderful experience.
This practice is the best in New Jersey. The doctor and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind.
