I came to this office to see Dr. Shepherd because he came highly recommended by family members. He did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable and personable. This was probably the best doctor visit I’ve had in a long time in which I actually felt seen and heard. That is so appreciated. The rest of the staff was also amazing. From the check in counter to the nurses, everyone is happy and sweet. They all feel like long lost friends. I wish I could come to this office for every medical need besides gastro!
Dr. Shepherd is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable and very friendly. He takes the time to talk to me and explains things thoroughly. His staff is so nice too
He has the absolute worst bedside manner. I could go into detail, but it would be quite a bit. I will say that I went in for my gallbladder, and he had me get an endoscopy, just to find out the endoscopy won't say anything about the gallbladder. Then he says nothing is wrong, and he didn't think it was my gallbladder, but he would have me tested. He didn't get the chance. I ended up in the hospital. Dr Shepard diagnosed my sister 12 years ago with pancreatic cancer when it was in the early stages. Due to his quick findings we were able to have her with us for a longer period of time due to the treatments she received before it reared it’s ugly head a 2nd time, 3 years later.. She was very impressed by his knowledge and I have since went to him as well. He is a great doctor and would highly recommend him.
