This review is in no way shape or form about Dr. Shapiro. He gets 5 stars. But Duly gets 1 (I would give zero, but that is not an option). Duly is BY FAR the worst medical company I have ever dealt with. Time after time there have been issues with using Duly's "My Chart" (I have My Chart accounts with my other doctors (plural) and have never had any issues. But it's a constant with Duly.) Today I sent Duly a note asking them to send my Rx refill to the correct pharmacy - and they refused! Not only that, they told ME to write... read more
