Unlike visionwotks and SVS, I saw a real human doctor IN PERSON, not through a tele-appointment in the store, and the Doctor did my prescription, not a tele-optic lab person. Great service and friendly staff!! The doctor went over everything in great detail providing an explanation on everything. Making you feel that you're on the right track in taking care of your eyes. The staff up front were great helping with all the tests and being very patient, friendly, and professional with me while doing the tests. When selecting my glasses they were very helpful, patient, and professional in providing feedback and service. Everyone was kind and helpful. My prescription did not change significantly and they did not try to push me to get new glasses or things I didn't need. I appreciated the visit!
