I am disappointed to have to write this review, as the initial in-office procedure (injection for a herniated disc) was decently satisfactory. However, the quality of the experience with a provider extends far beyond the actual procedure itself - aspects such as timely response from office staff, accurate billing, prompt rectification of mistakes, support providers for the procedure (e.g., the anesthesiologists, whom each bill >$21k in this instance), and other such aspects are also critical components.
