Zero stars. Nothing. Constantly under state and county investigation for neglect and abuse. Please, consider Guantanamo Bay or some POW camp to send your loved ones before giving this establishment any consideration. So extremely horrendous that once transferred to another facility, residents are treated for neglect and abuse. If I had a larger vehicle, I’d barricade new entries.
