If I could give 0 stars I would. Cancelled my moms appointments EVERY SINGLE TIME WHEN SHE HAS MAJOR BREATHING PROBLEMS for almost 3 years SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS OFFICE AND STAFF. They have no concern for their patients, it's sad. They lose their referrals as well and constantly give you the run around. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

Shame on this doctors office for not accepting unvaccinated patients
It is not Dr. Coolidge it is his staff. They are very lazy. If you dont have your referral they wont call the doctors office. I forgot my insurance card and they wouldnt yake me I had to reschedule even thou I have had the same insurance for as long as I have been going to him.
