I am a new professor of electrical engineering at Notre Dame, and over the summer after moving to South Bend, I lived in Bradley Company-operated faculty/staff housing, until I bought a house and moved out in August. Wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star review. Lived at one of their apartments for less than 3 months before we started having water damage coming from the ceiling in multiple spots in 2 different rooms and MOLD growing and nothing was done besides we got 1 bucket for 1 leak. After telling them we were refusing to pay rent we were told they were taking the months rent off and we could terminate our lease if we chose to which obviously we did. Cedar Glen Apartments: They need to have normal business hours like everyone else. They're only open M, Tu, Th & Fridays until noon. They need MORE maintenance people, better exterior lighting and ALWAYS review their cameras
Past due on paying for services over 6 months and almost $7000.00. 11 open invoices we've been trying to collect, Don't let these people hire you for work at the hawks building in Goshen you won't get paid. All you will get is a run around, excuses for no payment,
