He was honest about the price which I really appreciate. Another competitor advertises seven rooms for $77, then the total came out to about $400 - which is what Bradley quoted me. I wish I would have gone with Bradley because he was up front from the get-go.
Moving out and my carpets needed a good clean. These guys were great, very thorough and did not try to up sell me on anything. The carpets look better than I could have ever imagined. Not only did they explain the entire process, but also made the experience very welcoming and friendly. I will use these guys again.
I have been using Bradley carpet cleaning for the last 4 years. They have always done an amazing job my carpets always come out looking new and smelling fresh! Brian(owner)is very knowledgeable and is extremely professional. When it comes to carpet cleaning, Bradley Carpet Cleaning is the best!!!
Brian did an excellent job. He does a thorough review of the work to be done, explains what work is needed and offers a very fair price. The end product was very good with our carpets and rugs looking nice and clean after 5 years of no cleaning. It was also refreshing to have a service provider who was honest about what does and does not work for carpet cleaning and is not totally focused on upselling.
