My step mom is deaf and mute. DR. Heraly has always made it a point to make her smile. He made her feel welcomed and appreciated with every visit. He helped her beat lung cancer for the 2nd time but now in the long run the darn cancer has come back with a vengeance and unfortunately she is old and her body has been breaking down. Dr Heraly is a compassionate listener. He understands issues that are complex. I felt very comfortable with his answers to my question. Would highly recommend him.
All of the staff was polite and Dr. Heraley was very helpful and explained things well. We didn't feel rushed at all.
This cancer is very overwhelming to me..have been a nerve wreck and after talking to Tami morrow and dr herley it made me feel so much better...just the smile and he assuring talk made .e feel a lot better...thank you all at calumet chilton
