Dr. Bilbro is a kind person and excellent physician. He is never spontaneous when making a medical decision. He takes the necessary time to listen to my concerns, evaluates my health issue (s), thoroughly explains my situation along with the treatment needed and why. I leave his office understanding his decision and feeling confident that I am being treated properly. Most everyone you deal with are friendly and professional.
The best family doctor and staff you could ask for!!! Very professional and thorough…. Dr. Bilbro cares about his patients as well it shows!!! Nurses are great as well and the receptionist’s in the front are all amazing too!!!
We were double billed for 1 office visit. My went for the welcome to Medicare visit at Dr Bilbro suggestion and because the doctor spoke to him about his medication, they also billed an office visit which Medicare of course denied. I am glad Medicare didn't pay for 2 office visit in 1 day. Of Deaconess billed us for the 248.00 bill for the office visit and they would not do anything about it. Went to Dr Bilbro office and they would not do anything either. Could not recommend him because of incorrect billing and over charging... read more

Dr. Bilbro is a very professional and informed doctor and a kind person. Although he is very busy with his many patients, he takes time to listen to my concerns, explains my situation in detail and the treatment options I have. He never dismissed my worries. I feel confident when I schedule an appointment with him, I will receive thorough treatment and a thought out solution to whatever health issue I am experiencing.
