I love gotten to work with Mr. Bradley and his team for a few years now and have always had a great experience. His team is quick to listen and help and answer any questions you may have. Everything is done in a timely manner and Mr. Bradley will answer any questions and concerns you may have. I’ve had a great experience with him and his team and appreciate all the work they do.
Overall, I had a very negative experience. The main issues were the missed deductions that would have cost me a combined total of $4,005, difficulty with communicating, and being overpriced compared to other providers. Missing Deductions: The most significant issue was the missed deduction that would have reduced my refund by $4,005. In total, it took 3 versions to finally get an accurate 1040 to submit. If you want a TOP NOTCH cpa, David is the man! He has been a huge help to me and made the process so easy. Very personable and great at what he does. Horrible. Charged me 1k to file my taxes last year. Never filed them. I owed 1k. Told me to log into irs site to see what I owed. Never sat down with me to go over them, last year or previous years. Advertises value add by representing you to IRS, but this is standard for accountants. 1k is also high. Only provide a phone service that takes messages you have to call multiple times to hopefully one day get someone to call you back. Avoid like the plague.
GREAT EXPERIENCE They were professional, responsive, and made the whole process feel way less overwhelming than expected. His communication was clear, turnaround time was solid, and they really helped me get organized with my taxes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with.
