Awesome!! Another Tax company for at least three months led us to beielve they were doing our taxes, well the person quit the company and never filed them. Bradley & Associates got right to it and had it done with in a week. Totalyy relieved our anxiety. They are efficient, expedient, returns emails and phone calls quickly. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE!
I love gotten to work with Mr. Bradley and his team for a few years now and have always had a great experience. His team is quick to listen and help and answer any questions you may have. Everything is done in a timely manner and Mr. Bradley will answer any questions and concerns you may have. I’ve had a great experience with him and his team and appreciate all the work they do.
Overall, I had a very negative experience. The main issues were the missed deductions that would have cost me a combined total of $4,005, difficulty with communicating, and being overpriced compared to other providers. Missing Deductions: The most significant issue was the missed deduction that would have reduced my refund by $4,005. In total, it took 3 versions to finally get an accurate 1040 to submit.
