I cannot possible recommend The Bradley Agency to anyone in need of an insurance team that is accessible and will provide you clear communication. To boot, their lack of attention to important documents that were required to be filed (on their end) has cost me a significant amount of money in the long run, of course they will take no culpability for. It is a big regret of mine to trust this company.

I recently became a client of the Bradley Agency when shopping for lower rates. Bernadette and Catherine are so fast to reply to any questions I have, handled an auto glass claim I had in minutes, are always polite and super friendly, and handled all the paperwork when I recently purchased a new vehicle so all I had to do was sign one document! I’d recommend the Bradley Agency to anyone looking for auto insurance!

Upon moving to NY from NC, I immediately contacted the Bradley Agency for renters' and auto insurance through Erie Insurance. Through a combination of many errors, including a major one with my NC title, my registration was delayed and we learned that the only 2 states that won't accept another state's coverage are NC and NY ... this caused serious problems with the NCDMV's insurance department, twice requiring reissuing policies, effective coverage dates, etc.... my Bradley Insurance Team of Bernadette and Cathy, dealt with... read more

Terrible! After almost 20 years as a client my husband had an insurance lapse....an oversight. Not one phone call from Bernadette to see what was going on or if we were getting correspondence! When spoken to Bernadette talked over us and down to us and let us know it isn't her responsibility to look out for her clients!! BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY!
