Worst customer service ever. Ever!
I gladly drive the 30 miles from Bly Mountain, knowing I'll receive a cheerful, warm greeting at check-in and excellent care. The friendly and knowledgeable nurse and staff members make the entire radiation treatment well worth the drive. I also can't say enough good things about Dr. Kramer, MD, whose calm, informative demeanor while answering all questions put to him has given me absolute confidence in the entire process. Big thanks to all!
