Horrible leather sofa from Bradington Young. Sofa is not even 4 years old and the leather is starting to wear off. BY said it must be the body oil or detergent, or hand sanitizer. I said that we don't put hand sanitizer on our legs and the legs are not oily. Plus I use hypo allergenic detergent. I have a leather La Z boy recliner used for 30 years and the leather shows no signs of year. I would NEVER buy a Bradington Young sofa again. Total rip off, cheaply made. This is the worst furniture I have ever purchased. After about 18 months we noticed the color coming off the leather. It gradually got worse and now there are holes in it. We tried many times to get some help but they wanted over 400 dollars to repair with no guarantee that it wouldn’t do the same thing again. I’d rate it a zero if I could.

I bought a set from carolina rusticas in july of 2017 and had to get 1 new recliner in which the co warrantied after complaining for 2 months. the leather was not streched and the dye was spider webbing and the company finally conceded and sent a new recliner. Now i have the dye wearing off 1 cushion and contacted both the company and the retailer and this is the exact words that were sent back : Hi Mr Rossi, The color wearing off the seat, is not a defect. I have had the same experience with Bradington Young furniture. I have complained about the cushions getting flat in 3 months of owning the furniture. I also complained that the leather on the ottoman twisted and I don't have children at home and the no one sits on the ottoman. They replaced the cushions with the same lousy cushions that go flat. I paid almost $7000.00 for this furniture and would like to know what can be done about it.
