Absolutely avoid this guy. A month or two back my girlfriend went off the road during the first snow we got. Insurance set up the tow, and apparently gave him the wrong address as they got it through GPS. He also went to the wrong vehicle and called her angrily asking where she was. Apparently it was less than a mile away. So he charged our insurance "double" for the "inconvenience". This alone would not warrant a bad review, however the rest of the experience did.
