Moved into town from Kansas City. 15-year old needs continued ortho treatment. This office tells me they are unwilling to accept "transfer patients" and that I would need to get my son's braces removed in order for them to consider treating him. I ask where I can get them removed: "At an orthodontist". They are an orthodontist, so I ask if they can remove them. "No." They have an arbitrary policy, and are unable to give any reason for it.

I have been seeing Dr. Washington for over two years now, and I think it's time for an honest review of his practice from my experience. Please keep in mind that this is coming from the perspective of a surgical case who had to see Dr. Washington more times than most of his patients. Dr. Bradford is always pleasant and professional, he takes the time to answer all of your questions and address any concerns you might have. He has a great personality, you will probably laugh a little while you are there. The office staff makes you feel welcomed, they greet you with genuine smiles and professionalism, they quick and efficient. I'm very pleased with the service I have received from Dr. Bradford Washington and his staff.

I still can’t get over how great my teeth looks! Dr. Washington did such an amazing job and he and his staff are so nice and courteous. Always a clean and friendly environment. I tell everyone I know that’s interested in braces to go to Dr. Washington.
