I had a great experience. It was quick and thorough. The staff were nice and informative. Dr. Bradford was attentive and knowledgeable and was able to advise on a situation that all previous doctors simply glossed over and neglected and never truly addressed.
Great eye dr.
It was very backed up the day we're there (12/18/24) and in being so backed up that we lost our ride home that day. Overall Bradford is a good place, always nice and helpful.
I visited the Walmart Vision Center to get an eye exam and glasses. The exam was great! Dr. Bradford was pleasant, polite, engaging and efficient. The staff was also very nice to engage with. The frame selection was so great it took a minute to choose. Although they are out of network, I will go back for those frames. Thank you to all on the team!
Dr. Tyler Bradford, Granite City office staff have caring & amazing costumer service skills throughout my entire visit (from greeting upon entry-exiting). My visual technician testing was great. And Dr. Bradford was excellent with me. This entire visit was very rewarding & extremely enjoyable. This team Rocks!
