I don't know a lot about this place but I'm pretty confused about the reviews I've read. The staff may be great, I've been there a couple of times is all and they've been nice enough to me, however the facility itself is sad! Rooms too small, the smell is just awful and there are way too many people there. It just made me want to take them all out of that place, very depressing!

After the change in ownership and the improvements made over the past few years, this facility is unrecognizable in the best way. It’s cleaner, better run, and the atmosphere is genuinely caring. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else around Frankfort.

My mother in law has been here for a few years now. She is beyond the ability to be in home care. We have to buy new clothes for her every single month, new blankets, pillows. We are spending 200-300 a month sometimes on clothes alone. Her eyeglasses were missing over a year and they never took her to the eye doctor. I had to file a grievance with the state to get anything done. She also has lost one part of her denture set while there and after being told repeatedly about this issues they never have taken her to get replace... read more
