Honestly, I've been going to this pharmacy for like almost 8 years now and they're just really good. Last week they didn't have my meds in stock (apparently there was some supply issue?) and the manager Nermeen, - actually called me the day when they got it in. I truly felt like I was a priority on her list of to dos that day! The people there are just nice, you know? Not fake nice, but actually helpful. Nermeen is an amazing pharmacist, who genuinely cares about her customers! She’s professional and friendly and goes the extra mile to keep her customers happy. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone!
I switched to Bradford Medex a couple years ago and am so glad that I did! The pharmacy may seem smaller, but it is well stocked, and the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Nermeen has helped on multiple occasions to quickly order in medications that were necessary for my family members. Thank you for your wonderful service for my family's health needs over the years.
The owner is awesome! She is very accommodating and can get anything you need. Is excellent at working with your doctors for prescriptions and renewals, flu shots and other vaccines, etc. And wouldn’t you rather give your money to a small business owner instead of Galen Weston- a member of Canada’s 4th richest family?
