The service department is FIXED! John Michael is awesome.
Took my Tracker boat in for repairs and ask for a quote before any work was to be done. service manager called me with the quote and I doubled check to make sure that was for everything and was told yes. I gave the ok and when they finished they called and I went to pick up and all of a sudden I owed 600.00 dollars more than quoted needless to say Im not a happy boater with them they will never have the chance to work on my boat again, they did however knock a hour labor off but thats just 150.00 dollars I was still stuck wi... read more
Love this place and the people
Like all other Bradfords, very proud of their boats and stuff. Products don't match prices. But oh well.
Always a great experience when visiting Bradford. Mark is awesome and had me in and out in less then 5 minutes. Great staff and I highly recommend them over Orr any day of the week.
