Best thing about the Bradford Manor was getting my mother out as fast as possible. Very understaffed and seems the Administration don't really care! Very bad environment for our elderly and the few staff they have. They promise alot but deliver nothing. The patient to nurse ratio is not even close to what is needed. Don't put your loved one in this place.
Definitely do not recommend this place the management do not takes reports and claims seriously and will retaliate against you and get you fired for nothing, they also don't treat residents with enough respect and dignity
