The staff, from administration through the care professionals, are taking excellent care of my Mom. I started a conversation with them long before she was able to be admitted. They always shared helpful information and gave me insight even when we weren’t sure when or where Mom would be eligible for care. They continue to be communicative, with regular updates, support during the Medicare to Medicaid switch, and are always available to my family when we’re visiting if we have questions.
