Very disappointed with my experience. My appointment was cancelled only one hour before, and I was told it was because of a family emergency. Later, I found out another client was taken instead. Since it was a long weekend, I couldn’t find another lash technician on such short notice. After cancelling on me, I was then asked to come for her latest appointment around 8 PM, which was not convenient at all. I booked an appointment to get my eyelashes done for the first time for my baby shower and I was not disappointed! Upon arrival she made me feel totally comfortable, mind you I was going on 8 months pregnant so I didn't know how laying down for two hours would be. Nonetheless, throughout the appointment she allowed me to reposition if needed and stopped whenever I needed a break. Ella is my only choice when it comes to my lashes. I usually like mine very natural and she always delivers exactly what I ask for. Her studio has the most relaxing vibes and she does lashes super fast with the best quality . I would recommend her 1000 times over.
